One Plan and IEP support
Understand your child’s learning. Build a plan that makes a difference.
Whether your child already has a psychological, developmental or educational assessment, or you’re looking for a clearer understanding of their learning needs, we help connect assessment findings with practical educational action at school.
From assessment to meaningful support
Evidence your child’s school can use.
Our educational recommendations are designed to support conversations with your child’s teachers and contribute to personalised learning plans, including South Australian One Plans and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
A diagnosis or a psychologist’s report often answers one question and leaves others: what goals should we discuss at school, which adjustments might suit, and how will we know the support is working? We turn the evidence you already have into practical recommendations, so you don’t automatically need another assessment.
We help families and schools consider
- Your child’s strengths, interests and learning priorities
- Clear, measurable learning goals
- Practical classroom strategies and adjustments
- Ways to support learning at home and school
- How progress will be monitored and reviewed

Our signature deliverable
The School Learning Action Brief.
Supporting One Plans, IEPs and personalised learning plans. Every planning and assessment package produces one, in the same six-part structure, so teachers can find what they need quickly.
- 1Learner strengths and interestsWhat your child does well, what motivates them and what they say is important.
- 2Learning needs and baseline evidenceThe specific skills or barriers to participation identified from existing information or appropriate assessment.
- 3Proposed measurable goalsA small number of meaningful goals, each with a starting point, a success measure and a review date.
- 4Recommended classroom adjustmentsPractical teaching strategies, access arrangements and environmental supports for the school to consider.
- 5Home and school collaborationSuggested roles for teachers, parents and your child, to be agreed together.
- 6Progress monitoringWhat evidence to collect, how often to review it, and when strategies might need adjusting.
Independent educational recommendations for consideration by the family and school. Not an official school-issued One Plan or IEP.

Clear about everyone’s role.
We provide

Your school
